Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare and hair care products unless they are damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
